As a Key Account Manager at FEEDER ONE, you will have the opportunity to work with leading retailers in the DIY and garden industry, such as Intergamma, Maxeda, Hornbach and Hubo Belgium, and with leading brands such as Henkel, Tesa, 3M, Motip, Anza, Alabastine, HG and many others.

Your challenge is to understand customer needs and respond to them with our customised solutions. In doing so, you will use the expertise and experience in the company to bundle logistics flows from manufacturers to the various retailer organisations to create economies of scale and efficiency. This is how you help our customers stand out in an increasingly competitive market.

As a Teamleader Warehouse at FEEDER ONE, you lead and direct the team of employees in the picking department. To this end, you realise consultation structures and assessment and performance interviews. You are also responsible for the correct handling of all picking orders in line with the external and internal service agreements. Next, you supervise the correct use of the internal means of transport and packaging materials. You are responsible for qualitatively and quantitatively responsible deployment of employees and you manage on KPIs. In all this, you must work safely, promoting and guaranteeing your own safety as well as the safety of others. Finally, you take care of opening and/or closing the premises.

As a functional application manager for our holding company PGZ INTERNATIONAL, you are responsible for the daily 1-line management, maintenance and further development and improvements of the ERP system and the Warehouse Management System. You ensure that the systems function properly and that problems and situations are rapidly analysed and resolved for the internal customer. You are the link between the business and IT, identifying information needs and translating them into functional designs. You supervise and document system changes, test new system components and communicate about their implementation.
